Approach & Consistency
The core requirement was consistency — in lighting, direction, tone and output — regardless of location. Rather than treating each shoot as a standalone assignment, the work was approached as a single, evolving project, ensuring the imagery aligned seamlessly across regions.
Once the London phase established the visual framework, subsequent shoots in Paris and New York followed the same structure. The only additional cost for each phase was travel, with production and methodology remaining unchanged.
This allowed the client to scale the project internationally without compromising visual coherence.
Outcomes & Use
The imagery is now used extensively across Amazon Advertising recruitment and careers platforms, including international team pages and ongoing recruitment communications.
Feedback from stakeholders has been consistently positive, particularly around clarity, consistency and usability across regions.
